What is it and how does it work?
DISC-GO-TECH’s software and hardware disc inspection systems work based on the categorization of scratch patterns. First the disc is canned and scratches and flaws are logged. Detected flaws are compared against data obtained from testing different brands of consumer disc players to see whether or not the disc will work. The results from the disc are then compared against what information the system knows about the consumer disc players on the market and the result is whether or not the disc has passed or failed.
Our inspection products are powered by leading edge ClareStow Technology and are the only intuitive disc inspection products on the market. Products powered by ClareStow are able to achieve rapid scan times through Adaptive Scanning Technology. Adaptive Scanning Technology reacts to the severity of damage on the disc. When a clean and easy to read disc is inserted into a ClareStow powered machine, the scan can often be completed in less than 10 seconds. For more difficult discs, the Adaptive Scan will automatically slow down and perform a deeper scan.
Is it Simple to Operate?
Simply insert the disc (or discs for our multi-drive DISC-GO-CHECK MAX systems) into the disc drive and our inspection products begin to work immediately. The large, easy to read pass or fail display graphics will determine with complete accuracy whether or no the disc will play in the appropriate player.
