"I wanted to write to thank you for your excellent service and to send along some of my thoughts and observations regarding the Disc-Go-Devil disc cleaning machine I purchased from you.
As you know I operate a fully automated DVD rental store and try very hard to supply DVDs that are scratch and skip free for our customers. In the time we have owned our Disc-Go-Devil we have cleaned and repaired, back to 'AS NEW', over 400 discs. These are DVD movie discs that are within our rental inventory. As a result we have fewer than 5 customers per month returning rentals asking for a refund. We also clean ALL DVDs that are removed prior to offering them as previously-viewed. The customers are very impressed when they open and look at the movie and it looks like the day it was purchased. "I ordered the (Devil) machine and the end of January 2007 it arrived. We unpacked it and took one of our worst cds that we could find and ran it through the machine. The results were simply AMAZING! This CD could not even be read prior to going into the machine. When it came out it looked pristine. We put it into a player and the sound was crystal clear and didn't stall once!
So then we took some of our PS2 and Xbox games and ran them through. Again they came out pristine and worked without hesitation.
